STORE POLICIES & FAQ
For the majority of our collection, we partnered with a third-party distributor (Printful) to produce and ship each order of Sex Outside wearable product. We chose this distributor based on the wide variety of options, more inclusive sizing (up to 4X for many styles), and their use of WRAP-Certified factories.
For stickers and other select custom product, we organize, pack, and ship it directly to you within 5 business days via USPS, which means you’ll be getting some items in a separate package straight from Sex Outside HQ!
Can I return or exchange items?
For any product coming from Printful, we are required to abide by their return policy, which you can find here. It’s important to note that because products are made custom and on-demand, size exchanges aren’t possible through Printful, but fortunately we’ve added a size chart link to every product in the store where relevant so you can find the best fit for you. We’re also able to email with you (hello@sexoutside.org) to help you find the best fit for your body if you have specific questions that a size chart can’t answer.
For stickers, we don't offer refunds unless there is a product malfunction. Contact us if you’re having any difficulties and let’s chat!
What sizes are available?
Currently, many of the styles in our collection go up to 4X, though some only go to 2X (and a couple of products that only go to XL).
It’s very important to us to keep making Sex Outside wearable product more inclusive of size, gender, bodies, and comfort. We are also always looking to work with vendors that create product more sustainably (though not at the sacrifice of sizing or body/gender inclusivity). As we partner with more vendors who are both creating more inclusive products as well as working within the needs of small businesses, we will be keeping this community updated!
What if my package never arrives?
Oh no! If your package never arrives (that is, if after the delivery date the carrier has either said the package was delivered but you didn’t actually receive it, or if the carrier loses track of the item while it’s en route), there are a couple of things to know:
Firstly, it’s possible that the item wasn’t delivered. If the address provided is considered insufficient by our courier, your shipment will be returned to the original printing facility. In those instances, you can still receive your product but will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
The other option is that the shipment was sent to the wrong address, or it’s lost somewhere in the big wide world of package deliveries. In these cases, we suggest first contacting the carrier (you’ll know who it is based on your tracking number) and seeing if they can locate/redirect the package for you. If this doesn’t work after communicating with them, contact us and we’ll do everything we can to help you out!
What if my shipment appears to be incomplete?
For the most part, your package should arrive as one bundle. However, depending on what you purchase, you may receive your package in 2-3 smaller packages. Please be patient and keep an eye on your tracking for each before contacting us regarding lost shipments.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We hope this doesn’t happen! But if it does, please email us (hello@sexoutside.org) within 30 days of the delivery date and we’ll chat with you one-on-one to find the best solution.
What if I have specific feedback or suggestion about a product?
